THE JACKSONS: A FAMILY DYNASTY chronicles the personal and professional lives of the first family of music. The original intent of the project was to present an inside look as the brothers prepared to celebrate their 40th anniversary with the “rebirth” of the Jackson Five and a small concert. Filming began. Then tragedy struck. Michael’s untimely death turned their world upside down. Even at this difficult time, the Jackson brothers graciously continued to grant unprecedented access, allowing our film crew to produce a six-hour docu-series, providing an intimate behind-the-scenes peek into the daily real-life drama that the Jackson brothers experience, documenting their relationships with one another and their families, balancing the demands placed upon them by work commitments and celebrity as they strive to add to their proud legacy.
