In this captivating program, uncover the incredible story of how Harris went from busting technology-related scams in the 1980s to inventing new, nearly undetectable scams of his own, resulting in one of the biggest scandals in NGCB history.  In the early ’90s, Harris began reprogramming computer chips in slot machines the Board asked him to test and then directed accomplices to the rigged machines to collect the cash. As the winnings accumulated, Harris set his sights on the “random” number generator in the keno game. He planned to create a program that could take a series of winning numbers, decipher the code, and predict the next set of “random” winning numbers.
