  1. How do I order?
    • You can order public performance rights online by using our system to generate an invoice. You will receive an immediate confirmation of your order by email that will also include your invoice. Once we receive your payment (check or money order) your DVD will be shipped to you, please allow 7-10 days for shipping and handling.

  2. What is the turnaround time?
    • After receiving your payment you should receive your DVD within 7-10 days by FedEx. We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  3. What rights am I purchasing?
    • Public Performance Rights (PPR) allow screenings of DVDs for educational purposes. PPR are included with DVDs listed below purchased from Cinedigm at the prices indicated. PPR permit screenings in a classroom or library or to a group where no admission is charged. DVDs purchased from home video retailers or through our home video website or by anyone other than Cinedigm do NOT carry Public Performance Rights. These may only be screened for private home use unless Public Performance Rights are purchased separately or an open showing is arranged.
  4. Do you offer discounts?
    • In the interest of fairness, we cannot allow for discounts to any group.
  5. Can I return an order after purchase?
    • All sales are final, but if a DVD is received in damaged or unsatisfactory condition, it may be exchanged for a new copy of the same film. Damages must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the DVD.
  6. When do I pay?
    • After filling out the online form you will immediately receive a confirmation email that includes your invoice. Please print out the email and send that along with your payment (check or money order) to the address listed.
  7. What are the shipping and handling costs?
    • Shipping and handling costs are included in the cost of the PPR rights. We currently ship all DVDs using FedEx and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

    • DVDs are not region coded

  13. What are the prices?
    • $350 for screenings where no admission is charged, for 50 people or more
    • $195 for screenings where no admission is charged, for fewer than 50 people
    • For AUTISM: THE MUSICAL the fee for unlimited admission-free screenings is $90.
    • For FLY AWAY, the fee for unlimited admission-free screenings is $250.
    • For INHERITANCE, the fee per admission-free screening is $200.
    • For HELL AND BACK AGAIN, the fee per admission-free screening is $350.
  14. How long do the rights last?
    • The rights last for the lifetime of the media, for unlimited screenings so long as you utilize the DVD imbued with PPR
